Weekend Events It Costs Nothing to Volunteer (NPC) and food is provided as well. Note: New To NERO event attendees will always pay the applicable pre-registration price, even at the door, at their first event. Payment Options: The NERO Office accepts online payments through PayPal.Com. In order to use our online payment system you DO NOT HAVE TO sign up for a PayPal.Com account. Discounts for Early and Bulk Payment? Yes - Pay for 5 events or more at least 60 days in advance and receive receive a 10% discount. REFUND/CREDIT Policy: If you pre-register and you then cancel on your attendance, you will only receive a refund if you notify us of your cancellation, in writing, at least 72 hours prior to noon of the first day of any Event being held. If notified after the deadline, you will be credited the full amount toward other NERO Products or Events. You will never lose your registration amount.
